SYNRG Wellness Terms & Conditions and Refund Policy

Welcome to SYNRG Wellness. Please read these Terms & Conditions and Refund Policy before purchasing a program. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these terms.
1. Programs and Services
SYNRG Wellness offers structured, medically guided wellness programs in areas including metabolic and weight management, recovery and resilience, skin and aesthetics, cellular vitality, performance, and antioxidant and liver-health support.
Programs vary in duration and included components. The description of the program you select identifies its duration, price, and included products, materials, and support services. Please review those details before purchasing.
Each individualized medical protocol is subject to review and approval by an independent, licensed medical provider. All decisions about medical eligibility, protocol approval, and treatment are made exclusively by that provider. SYNRG Wellness does not make or override clinical decisions.
Purchasing a program does not guarantee clinical approval or a particular health, wellness, performance, or aesthetic result.
2. Payment and Enrollment
The full price of your selected program is collected at the time of purchase. The applicable price and program details are presented before you complete your purchase.
Your purchase begins the enrollment and clinical-review process. Your individualized protocol will proceed only if approved by the independent medical provider.
3. Clinical Review and Participant Information
You agree to provide accurate and complete information requested for clinical review. The independent medical provider determines whether your individualized protocol is appropriate for you.
If the provider does not approve your protocol, SYNRG Wellness will issue the full refund described in Section 4.
4. Cancellations and Refunds
If the independent medical provider does not approve your individualized protocol, SYNRG Wellness will issue a full refund of your program purchase price to your original payment method and notify you by email.
Once the independent medical provider approves your individualized protocol, your purchase is final. After approval, SYNRG Wellness does not offer cancellations or refunds for a change of mind, scheduling conflicts, lack of participation, or a decision not to continue with the program.
If you experience a problem with your program, included materials, or fulfillment, please contact SYNRG Wellness Concierge Support so the issue can be reviewed and addressed.
Nothing in this policy limits any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
5. Program Components and Fulfillment
Your selected program’s description identifies the components included with your purchase. Components may be delivered at different times or through different methods, as described in the applicable program materials.
Clinical services and decisions are provided by independent, licensed medical providers. Where applicable, program products are fulfilled through independent fulfillment providers.
If an included item arrives damaged, compromised, or incorrect, please contact SYNRG Wellness Concierge Support promptly so we can review the issue and assist you.
6. Program Participation and Results
Individual experiences and results vary. SYNRG Wellness does not guarantee any specific health, wellness, weight-management, recovery, performance, or aesthetic outcome.
You are responsible for providing accurate information during enrollment and clinical review. Questions about your medical eligibility, treatment, or clinical instructions should be directed to your independent medical provider.

8. Changes to These Terms
SYNRG Wellness may update these terms from time to time. The terms presented at the time of your purchase will govern that purchase, except where a change is required by applicable law.
