SYNRG WELLNESS PRIVACY POLICY
Effective Date: September 21, 2026
SYNRG Wellness (“SYNRG,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information when you visit synrgwellness.com or synrg-protocol.com, contact us, complete our forms, purchase a program, or otherwise interact with our services.
This policy describes information handled by SYNRG Wellness. Independent medical providers and other service partners may also handle information through their own systems and under their own applicable privacy notices.
1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT
Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect:
• Contact and enrollment information: Your name, email address, phone number, selected program or package, and information you provide when contacting us or enrolling.
• Information submitted through our screening and enrollment forms: Depending on the form, this may include your date of birth, height, weight, calculated body mass index (BMI), information about prior GLP-1 use, dosing preferences, protocol acknowledgments, and other details you choose to provide.
• Purchase and transaction information: Information needed to identify and administer a purchase, such as the program purchased, transaction amount, payment status, and refund information.
• Website and referral information: Information associated with your use of our websites, including information collected through cookies or similar technologies used to recognize affiliate referrals and attribute resulting activity or purchases.
2. HOW WE USE INFORMATION
We use information to respond to inquiries; assist with program selection and enrollment; administer purchases and refunds; coordinate program onboarding, clinical review, and fulfillment; provide customer support; address order or supply issues; maintain and secure our websites and operations; administer affiliate referrals; and meet applicable legal obligations.
We may contact customers about their inquiries, purchases, programs, or service issues. We may also occasionally provide a customer-service or goodwill offer, such as a discount following an order problem.
3. CLINICAL INTAKE AND INDEPENDENT MEDICAL PROVIDERS
Some SYNRG forms collect basic health-related information during enrollment. SYNRG Wellness or an authorized company representative may access that information and enter relevant details into our back-end service provider’s system to initiate the customer’s program. Relevant information is then forwarded through that process to an independent medical provider.
The independent medical provider may send the customer separate forms to collect more detailed medical information through the provider’s own intake process. Clinical approval decisions are made by the independent licensed medical provider, not by a website questionnaire or recommendation guide.
Information collected directly by an independent medical provider may be subject to that provider’s own privacy notices and practices. Customers should review any notices provided during the provider’s intake process.
4. HOW WE DISCLOSE INFORMATION
We disclose relevant information as needed to provide and administer our services, including to:
• Back-end service providers that initiate and coordinate customer programs.
• Independent medical providers that conduct clinical review and collect additional medical intake information.
• Fulfillment and other service partners involved in providing a purchased program.
• Payment and website service providers that support checkout, transactions, website operation, and related functions.
• Affiliate-program service providers that support referral recognition and attribution.
We may also disclose information when required by law, in response to a lawful request, or when reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, or security.
SYNRG Wellness does not sell customer information. Affiliates do not receive general access to SYNRG’s form-submission database merely because they referred a customer.
5. PAYMENTS
Payments are handled through the checkout and payment services made available on our websites. Payment service providers may collect and process payment-card and other payment information in connection with a transaction, subject to their own privacy and security practices.
SYNRG Wellness uses payment and transaction information available to it as needed to administer purchases, respond to payment questions, and process refunds.
6. COOKIES AND AFFILIATE TRACKING
Our websites use cookies or similar technologies associated with our affiliate software to recognize referrals and help attribute activity or purchases to the appropriate affiliate.
Our website platforms and service providers may also use technologies necessary to operate their services. The cookies present may vary depending on the website, your browser, and how you arrive at or interact with a page.
You can manage or delete cookies through your browser settings. Restricting cookies may affect referral attribution or certain website functions. Where applicable law requires additional notice or choices for particular tracking technologies, we will provide them.
7. COMMUNICATIONS AND YOUR CHOICES
We may email or otherwise contact you to respond to an inquiry, coordinate enrollment, provide information about a purchased program, address an order or fulfillment issue, or provide customer support. A customer-service communication may occasionally include a goodwill offer.
We do not currently send promotional text-message campaigns or generally use customer enrollment information for routine direct-advertising campaigns. If we introduce new promotional communications, we will provide applicable consent and opt-out options.
You may contact info@synrgwellness.com with questions about communications or to request that we stop sending optional promotional messages. Opting out of promotional communications does not prevent necessary messages about an active purchase, program, or service issue.
8. INFORMATION SECURITY AND RETENTION
We take reasonable steps to protect information handled in our business operations and limit access to SYNRG Wellness personnel and authorized representatives who need it for their work. No method of electronic transmission or storage can be guaranteed completely secure.
We retain information for as long as reasonably needed to administer services, maintain appropriate business records, resolve disputes, and meet applicable obligations. Independent medical providers and other service partners may maintain their own records under their own retention practices and applicable requirements.
9. YOUR PRIVACY REQUESTS
You may contact us to ask questions about the information SYNRG Wellness holds about you or to request access, correction, or deletion. We will review and respond to requests in accordance with applicable law. Some information may need to be retained for legitimate business purposes or legal obligations.
For information collected and maintained directly by an independent medical provider, you may also need to contact that provider under its own privacy procedures.
10. CHILDREN’S PRIVACY
Our websites and programs are not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly solicit personal information from children under 18 through our websites. If you believe a child has submitted information to us, please contact us so we can review the matter and take appropriate action.
11. CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY
We may update this Privacy Policy as our services, technology, or practices change. We will post the updated policy on our websites and revise the effective date when changes are made.
