Through guided education, structured coaching, and community support, participants develop practical strategies that enhance how their body performs day to day.
This program contains more coaching and advanced protocol compared to the standard package.

12 Weeks of Structured Coaching
Throughout the program, participants follow a clear framework designed to support energy production, metabolic efficiency, and physical resilience.
The focus is on building consistent routines that help improve performance capacity while supporting long-term recovery and sustainability.
27 Performance Coaching Emails
Throughout the program, you’ll receive a series of structured coaching emails covering key areas such as: what to expect, protocol, basic mechanisms of action, diet and strength training, dealing with plateaus, and dealing with discomfort.
Bi-Monthly Live Group Coaching Calls
Participants will join two live group coaching calls each month where you can:
Ask questions and receive guidance
Learn from others in the program
Troubleshoot challenges
Stay accountable to your goals
These sessions provide support and momentum throughout the program.
Ability to Contact a Medical Professional
Clients have the ability to reach out to a medical professional if they have discomfort during the program.
Advanced Performance Support
The program may incorporate multiple advanced cellular performance support tools designed to complement the training, nutrition, and recovery strategies taught throughout the program. These tools are intended to support metabolic efficiency, energy production, and recovery capacity while participants implement the habits and routines covered throughout the program. Some parts of the protocol may be implemented for 8 of the 12 weeks.
The goal is to help participants develop a sustainable system for maintaining energy, resilience, and consistent performance over time.
