12 Weeks of Structured Wellness Support
Over the course of twelve weeks, participants follow a structured framework designed to support the body’s natural detoxification pathways and metabolic health.
The program focuses on building sustainable lifestyle habits that help reduce toxic burden, support liver function, and improve overall well-being.
12 Detox & Liver Health Coaching Emails
Throughout the program, you’ll receive a series of structured coaching emails covering key areas such as: what to expect, protocol, basic mechanisms of action, diet and strength training, dealing with plateaus, and dealing with discomfort.
Bi-Monthly Live Group Coaching Calls
Participants will join two live group coaching calls each month where you can:
Ask questions and receive guidance
Learn from others in the program
Troubleshoot challenges
Stay accountable to your goals
These sessions provide support and momentum throughout the program.
Ability to Contact a Medical Professional
Clients have the ability to reach out to a medical professional if they have discomfort during the program.
